Fire Safety Training at the Safety Centre.

The Safety Centre in partnership with Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service have offered Fire Safety Training courses at Hazard Alley since 1996. We now have a Fire Officer on site, one day a week, to promote training courses. Bob Stilton has been with the Fire Service for 24 years and has been involved with Commercial Fire Safety Training for 12 years. Bob will be taking calls and dealing with enquiries about the courses run here and will be pleased to help and advise you about Fire Safety Training.

Fire Safety Training is an essential requirement for every organisation to protect employees, visitors or residents and to ensure the integrity of the workplace. It is also a legal obligation under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2006. Fire kills around 30 people a year in the workplace in the UK and the costs associated with fire cause serious disruption to business, which many businesses do not survive.

Fire Safety Training is important – that’s why it makes sense to arrange training with the experts. All our courses are run by experienced Fire Officers who have been carefully selected for their training skills and expertise in fire related matters. This gives you the benefit of the security and peace of mind that training has been delivered by people with experience of fire in different environments and circumstances

Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service provide an extensive range of Fire Safety Training courses that enable organisations both to fulfil all legal obligations and to protect their infrastructure and employees. Courses are provided for all businesses, local authorities and other non - commercial organisations.

In addition to a variety of standard courses, there are other courses available, designed for organisations with specific fire safety risks, such as warehouses, hotels and construction sites. Please refer to the list of Fire Safety Training courses but if you do not see the course that you want, then please contact us with your specific requirements. It is our objective to provide training that is effective and relevant and we will be happy to tailor courses to meet your specific needs.
