The Safety Centre, in partnership with Thames Valley Police and Milton Keynes Council, are pleased to introduce ‘School Alert’, a programme designed to involve students and the local community in preventing instances of damage and burglary to your school.
The scheme will be introduced to your students as part of the Hazard Alley vandalism follow-up.
What you need to do:
- Book your school visit to Hazard Alley and arrange a follow visit by Safety Centre Staff.
- Read the information in the enclosed School Alert folder.
- Read and sign the attached registration form and return it to the Safety Centre.
What will happen next:
- Your pupils will be invited to take part in a vandalism poster competition.
- Local residents will be contacted by the Safety Centre.
- Your school details will be forwarded to Milton Keynes Council who will arrange an annual discount on your school insurance premium.
