Sponsorship

The Safety Centre is a registered charity and not centrally funded. It therefore relies heavily on donations from both the public and private sector. We have had many generous donations from companies and trusts who are committed to helping us with our safety education initiatives for children.

By giving through your self assessment return which passes your tax rebate to us as a donation. Our unique code is LAK76BG.

Thank you in advance.

  • a financial donation
  • donation of goods or services
  • sponsorship of a scenario have your company linked with a relevant safety scenario
  • rent a 'shop window' we have a limited number of windows available in which you could display your products in return for a rental fee
  • allow your staff to volunteer as tour guides this could be an ideal way to help staff develop and improve their communication and presentation skills, to the benefit of your business
  • secondment of staff another way in which your staff can undertake personal development

Please contact Jan Alder, Safety Centre Manager, on 01908 263009 to discuss ways in which we can work together.

The Safety Centre opened in 1994 as a partnership-based community safety project involving Thames Valley Police, Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service, health authorities, local government, other statutory organisations and the private sector. The centre is not centrally funded and as such relies heavily on donations and sponsorship.
