Thank you for choosing to visit us at Safety Centre Hazard Alley.

As a charity, we fundraise to subsidise the cost for every child’s visit (currently we subsidise 50% on average). To help us maintain the lowest possible minimum charges and continue to subsidise the trips for schools who really need our help, please consider your position to pay full price (2026:£29.20/child) if you have your own transport, or you are paying for the trip from the PTA, the local Parish Council, or other grants.

How to pay

We can invoice you for your booking and you can pay by BACS. Please advise when you book if we need a purchase order number from you before we generate an invoice.

Alternatively, you can pay by card by clicking the link on an invoice or by paying over the phone. Card payment is the only option for family tours.

Final balance must be paid for in advance of any visits or attendance on training courses.

As a charity which relies on working to full capacity, once bookings are confirmed, cancellation charges apply if you decide not to go ahead with your booking. Thank you for understanding.
