30 Years of Safety Education Through Partnership Working

30 Years of Lifesaving Safety Education Made Possible With Partnership Working

The Safety Centre was built on partnership working with organisations including Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue and Thames Valley Police to deliver key safety education messages to children and young people across the country. Thirty years on, this partnership working continues and in the latest of our videos celebrating our 30th birthday we’re talking with Paul Scanes, Head of Prevention at Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue and Matthew Barber, Police and Crime Commissioner for Thames Valley. They both talk about the impact of working together to promote safety within our communities today and in the future. As well as the importance of investing in safety education to support the prevention work of the fire service and police.
