Room & centre hire
We’re more than happy to show you around our conference room and classroom spaces prior to making a booking and talk through your event with you. Please call or email to arrange a time.
Ways to pay
We can invoice you for your booking and you can pay by cheque or BACS. Please advise when you book if we need a purchase order number from you before we generate an invoice?
Alternatively, you can pay by card by clicking the link on an invoice or by paying over the phone. Card payment is the only option for family tours.
Everything must be paid for in advance of it taking place.
Payment terms can be found on our invoices but please contact us if you would like more details.
Once bookings are confirmed with us, cancellation charges apply if you decide not to go ahead with your booking
How to book?

To book a visit or training course with us, please scroll down to Booking Forms to find the one that is most relevant to you. Please click through, complete and return as instructed. Our Bookings Officer will process your booking and contact you with confirmation and payment details. If your requested dates are unavailable, our Bookings Officer will suggest alternatives.
For registered educational settings
As a charity, we endeavour to fundraise to subsidise the cost for children visiting from educational settings by 50%. This supports our ambition for every child to access critical safety education to reduce preventable casualties.
To help us maintain the lowest possible minimum charges, and continue to subsidise the trips for those who really need our help, please consider your affordability to pay a higher rate per child (actual cost:£29.20/child), particularly if you have your own transport, or you are paying for the trip with funding from the PTA, the local Parish Council, or other grants.
Alternatively, please consider making an additional donation, or selecting Safety Centre Hazard Alley as your next chosen charity.
Our minimum entry charges are below:
Hazard Alley Tour half day visit: £14.00 (plus VAT) per person
Whole Day Visit including classroom workshop: £21.25 (plus VAT) per person
For non educational settings
Please note, we welcome and encourage visits which benefit young people and vulnerable adults from holiday clubs and other charities at a cost of £29.20/pp. If funding is a barrier, we are happy to offer guidance on organisations which may help fund your visit. Please enquire via our Contact page.
