Make a Virtual Visit to Hazard Alley

While we can’t open our doors to visitors during the current pandemic, we’ve worked with Visual Realms Limited to update our virtual reality model of Hazard Alley.

You will find links to educational videos, activities and online resources. We’ve chosen them because they support the specific safety messages that we teach in each scenario or simply because we thought they might be fun to do.

Click here to get to the village and then explore: Live Tour

Or start from the Discover page: https://www.safetycentre.co.uk/scenarios-activities/ and click on the purple box.

When you click on a green circle in the tour you’ll get a brief explanation about the virtual resource and then a web link to click. One or two just tell you about the centre or what facilities we have so ignore those for now!

You might find Western Power’s Discovery Zone or how to be King of the Road with some very cute hedgehogs, You can earn stamps in a water safety passport by completing activities or read a new version of Goldilocks written with online safety in mind.

Do drop us an email to tell us how you got on, what you liked doing best on our virtual visit, or to suggest some other resources you think we should add? We’re at info@www.safetycentre.co.uk or you can message us on Facebook.

Whatever you do, have fun visiting the village and trying out the activities. We hope that you will come and see it for real when we’re open again.

We offer school visits as well as family tours and visits for groups such as cubs and brownies. You’ll find more information about the range of services we offer on the Discover pages.
